VILLA ROCA

• Fully renovated beach house, suitable for 11 people

• Villa Roca has a unique location on the beach. Through the garden you can walk on the family beach. At 5 minutes walk you are at the water sports club Posidonia for paddle surfing, windsurfing and some days golf surfing. The water sports club is located between Villa Roca and Villa Torrecilla.

• The trendy city of Valencia is 45 minutes away by car or a good half hour by train from Cullera station. If you want to be sporty, you are in Valencia in two hours by bike. In the beautiful nature and mountains nearby you can make lovely walks.

• Villa Roca is completely renovated and newly equipped to enjoy with a maximum of 11 people. Bed linen, towels and beach-towels are provided.

Ground floor:

• Spacious living and dining room with frontal sea view: lounge sofas, sofa, table for 11 people, smart TV, free wifi

• New spacious semi-open kitchen: dishwasher, large induction stove, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, toaster,..

• Bathroom 1 -  bathroom sink, shower,  toilet

Second floor:

• Four bedrooms, each with its own  spacious terrace with balcony, two with frontal and two  with side sea view, built-in wardrobes and air conditioning (cold/warm)

- Bedroom 1 - 2 persons - double bed

- Bedroom 2 - 4 persons - two single beds (can be put together) and a  bunk bed

- Bedroom 3 - 3 persons - three single beds (two beds can be put together)
- Bedroom 4 - 2 persons - double bed

• Two bathrooms.

- Bathroom 1 - bathroom sink, shower, toilet

- Bathroom 2 - bathroom sink, shower , toilet, bath

• Large terrace adjacent to dining area with frontal sea view

• Large garden, completely walled with direct access to the beach

• Large garden table and chairs, lounge chairs, 8 sunbeds, outdoor shower, BBQ and paella-kitchen.

• Paved part as parking for three cars, on the side street parking is also possible

• Total ground area is 966 m2

• The beach is cleaned daily and receives one of the five blue flags every year because of its exceptional character

• The seawater is excellent and meets the ISO 9001 standard
